Shipping Info: We will send your goods as fast as possible and at the lowest rate available. All packages are sent unregistered and provide NO tracking info. If you want to have your package sent registered, please get in touch beforehand: contact@haven.band

Since we operate this on as a mere side project to our regular lives it might take up to 5 days until your order gets send off to you. But we try to be faster than that. We mostly use recycled packaging material so you won't get charged any extra for packaging. Every order is very well packed and if it is not messed up by outside forces on the way it should arrive with you safe and sound (nice).

Return Policy: If you are not happy with the goods you receive from us (damages occured on the way, size of a shirt does not fit etc.) please get in touch with us immediately (contact@haven.band) and we will work something out!

Please bear in mind that we are a small band with small budgets and not a lot of time on our hands. But if there are any serious concerns we will try to work it out with you! Please respect that it might take a few days for us to get back to you but we try to answer everything ASAP!
